General provisions
On the Flypociunai.com website you can purchase introductory, sightseeing, and entertainment flights as well as
gift coupons.

By purchasing the service, the client confirms that they have read these terms and the description of the specific service.

Order and payment
Services can be purchased only by persons not younger than 18 years old.
The order is considered confirmed after payment is made and confirmation is received by email.
Service prices are indicated in euros with all applicable taxes. The price of an already paid order is not changed.
Advance registration is required for all flights. A gift coupon does not in itself mean a reserved flight date.

Flight conditions
Flights are carried out only under suitable weather, visibility, airspace, and technical conditions.
The final decision regarding the flight, its route, duration, number of passengers, and safety is made by the pilot.
The flight duration is approximate and may change due to weather conditions, air traffic, or other circumstances beyond the service provider's control.
The number of passengers and weight restrictions depend on the chosen aircraft and are specified in the service description. The client must provide correct information about the passengers' weight.

Children and health
Age restrictions specified in the description of the specific service apply to children. Minors can
fly only with the consent of parents, guardians, or an authorized adult.
It is not recommended to fly for pregnant women, persons with epilepsy, severe heart or other illnesses that pose a risk for flight.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic substances, or medications affecting reaction are not allowed to fly.
The pilot has the right to refuse the flight if the passenger's condition, behavior, weight, or other circumstances may pose a danger.

Reservation changes
The reservation can be changed or canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the flight.
If you do not arrive or cancel the reservation less than 24 hours in advance, the voucher may be considered used, except for justified exceptional circumstances.
If the flight does not take place due to unsuitable weather, technical or other safety reasons, another date will be offered to the client, and the voucher remains valid.

Gift vouchers
The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the voucher itself.
A valid and unused voucher can be exchanged for another service. If a more expensive service is chosen,
the price difference is paid.
A still valid voucher may be extended once for 6 months free of charge at the client's request.

Withdrawal from the contract and refund
An unused voucher purchased online can be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, except in cases provided by law.
The right to withdraw from the contract may not apply when a specific flight date has been reserved or the service has already been fully provided.
The request is submitted by email to info@flypociunai.com, indicating the name, order number, and a clear request to withdraw from the contract.
The money is refunded by the same payment method no later than within 14 calendar days.

Conduct at the aerodrome
Clients must follow the instructions of the pilot and aerodrome staff, not enter restricted areas, and not touch aircraft without permission.
Persons behaving aggressively, not following safety rules, or posing a danger may not be allowed to fly.
Personal belongings, phones, and cameras may only be used with the pilot's permission.

Liability
The service provider is responsible for the proper provision of the service in accordance with the law.
The service provider is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations due to unsuitable weather, airspace restrictions, technical or other safety circumstances beyond its control.
These rules do not limit the consumer's rights that cannot be restricted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Complaints and disputes
Claims can be submitted by email to info@flypociunai.com. A response will be provided no later than within 14 calendar days.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the user can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the court.
The rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of ordering, payment, reservation, and service provision.
